To enroll in the Healthy Mississippi (HMO) Plan, you will need to provide your current Medicare Member Number (found on your Medicare card), phone number, and your permanent address. We are open 8AM – 8PM CST, 7 days a week from October 1 to March 31, and Monday through Friday from April 1 to September 30.
A Maximum Out-of-Pocket (MOOP) is the highest amount of money you will need to pay for covered healthcare services each year under your insurance plan. Once you reach this limit, your insurance plan will pay 100% of the costs for the services covered for the rest of the year. The Healthy Mississippi (HMO) MOOP is capped at $3,850 for all tiers, allowing members to focus on staying healthy without worrying about excessive out-of-pocket spending.
