Our plans include dental, vision, and hearing coverage, low copays for specialist visits, affordable prescription drugs including $0 copay on Tiers 1 & 2, an over-the-counter (OTC) allowance, bathroom and safety devices allowance. Some plans also offer transportation and in-home support services.

- PPO: The flexibility to see providers inside or outside our network.
- PPO I-SNP (Institutional Special Needs Plan): For members who live in a nursing home or other long-term care facility, or who need that level of care at home.
- PPO D-SNP (Dual Special Needs Plan)*: For members who have both Medicare and Mississippi Medicaid.
*Cost-sharing for D-SNP members depends on your level of Medicaid eligibility.
