Merit Health Is Now a Participating Provider for Healthy Mississippi Medicare Advantage Members in Mississippi
Jackson, MS – May 7, 2025: Healthy Mississippi Medicare Advantage members in MS, now have in-network access to Merit Health providers and facilities under a new agreement, effective May 1, 2025.
This agreement provides new and existing Healthy MS Medicare Advantage members with access to Merit Health’s network of physicians, specialists, patient care services, and ancillary care services.
Partnership Highlights:
Merit’s expansive healthcare network includes multiple hospital facilities across the region, offering a broad range of essential medical services to the communities we serve. Key service offerings include:
- Merit Health Medical Group – Multi-specialty physician group that includes more than 80 locations and more than 100 physicians.
- Primary Care – Women’s Health, Internal Medicine, Senior Care
- Emergency Care – Available at most locations for urgent medical needs
- Surgical Services – Inpatient and outpatient surgical procedures
- Diagnostic Imaging – Including X-rays, MRIs, and CT scans
- Maternity & Pediatric Care – Comprehensive care for mothers and children
- Rehabilitation Services – Physical, occupational, and speech therapy
- Specialty Care – Cardiology, orthopedics, oncology, and more
In total, Merit Health’s network comprises more than 1,800 medical providers, including both employed and independent professionals, across its hospitals and physician clinics. Hospitals include Merit Health Natchez, Rankin, River Oaks, Women’s Hospital, Central, Madison, River Region, Wesley and Flowood MS Imaging.
